Shipping Information
Order Processing
We carefully prepare each order within 1-2 business days of receiving it. During peak seasons, processing may occasionally take slightly longer.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS, arriving within 15-25 business days after shipment
International Customers: We ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote areas. Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering plant materials.
Our Garden Guarantee: Returns & Exchanges
We guarantee the health and quality of all our plants upon delivery. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we’ll make it right:
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Contact our Garden Support Team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of any damaged items.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions if needed.
- Ship Back (if required): For non-perishable items, package securely and ship to our nursery address (1641 Kramer Street Northeast, Washington, US 20002). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.
Refund Information
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item within 3-5 business days of approval.
- International refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion rates.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure plant health and comply with agricultural regulations, these items cannot be returned once shipped:
- All live plants (trees, bushes, and seedlings)
- Perishable goods (fresh fruits when in season)
- Custom or special order items
- Opened bags of fertilizer or potting soil
