We guarantee the health and quality of all our plants upon delivery. If your plant arrives damaged or doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right with a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Contact our Garden Support Team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of any damaged items.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions if needed.
- Ship Back (if required): For non-perishable items, package securely and ship to our nursery address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.

Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item as soon as possible, typically within 3-5 business days of approval.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure plant health and comply with agricultural regulations, the following items cannot be returned once shipped:
- All live plants (trees, bushes, and seedlings)
- Perishable goods (fresh fruits when in season)
- Custom or special order items
- Opened bags of fertilizer or potting soil
For these items, please contact us immediately if there are any issues with your order so we can find an appropriate solution.
Special Considerations for International Orders
For our international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion rates
