Autumn Olives are vigorous, nitrogen-fixing bushes to 15′ tall and wide, that are loaded in the early summer with sweetly fragrant yellow/white flowers. Super Hero produces lots of tasty fruit in early fall that is very high in lycopene. Can be invasive in parts of the nation with warm and wet summers. Regularly shear the bush to initiate each pulse of nitrogen into the soil surrounding the plant.
