Why can’t you ship to parts of Asia?

Due to complex agricultural import regulations in certain countries, we temporarily limit shipments to these regions. We’re working to expand our reach—check back next season!

Can I return plants if they don’t thrive?

Living plants require specific care, so we can’t accept returns due to growing conditions. However, our team will personally advise you to nurse struggling plants back to health—just reach out!

Why does my dormant tree look like a stick?

Many deciduous fruit trees enter dormancy (a natural rest period) where they drop leaves. This “sleeping” state actually makes them ideal for transplanting. Rest assured, life stirs beneath the bark!
